Shipping & Returns


  • Orders placed before 1:00PM AEDT, Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00PM AEDT, on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched next business day.
  • We offer free express shipping via Australia Post with all domestic orders.
  • National delivery times to metropolitan areas with Australia Post Express Shipping are estimated as follows: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth & Adelaide - 2 days. Rest of the country - 3-5 days 
  • Startrack Premium Express Shipping is available at checkout for a flat $10 fee and is recommended for time sensitive orders.
  • National delivery times to metropolitan areas with Startrack Premium Express Shipping are estimated as follows: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth & Adelaide - 1 day (overnight if order placed before 1:00PM AEDT). Rest of the country - 2 days. 
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Starshipit with tracking details and an estimated delivery date. You will receive another notification when the parcel is on-board for delivery.


  • We offer international shipping via DHL eCommerce International Shipping for a flat $10 fee.
  • International delivery times to metropolitan areas of major international cities with DHL eCommerce International Shipping are estimated as follows: North America - 7-10 working days, Europe - 6-14 days, Asia Pacific - 6-14 working days, New Zealand - 4-6 working days, Rest of the world - 7-10 working days. 
  • We provide the option to upgrade to DHL Express International Shipping for a flat $20 fee. 
  • International delivery times to metropolitan areas of major international cities with DHL Express International Shipping are estimated as follows: North America - 2-4 working days, Europe - 3-6 days, Asia Pacific - 2-7 working days, New Zealand - 2-4 working days, Rest of the world - 3-7 working days. 
  • We recommend providing a physical address rather than a PO Box for international orders.
  • All international orders are fully trackable via Starshipit.


  • All international orders are dispatched from Melbourne, VIC Australia.
  • We provide the option at checkout to prepay your import duties and taxes. These duties are calculated based on your shipping address and order value.
  • We recommend prepaying your duties and taxes to ensure you do not experience delays at Customs and are not charged greater import fees. 
  • In the event a customer does not wish to pay their import duties and taxes the order will be returned to sender. The customer will be issued a refund for their order value, less the following return postage charges and $10 administration fee.


  • Occasionally, we will offer select items for pre-order.
  • To pre-order an item, an order must be processed as normal by payment of the full amount of the order value, inclusive of postage costs if applicable.
  • It is recommended pre-order items be purchased separately to Ready-to-Ship items.
  • While The East Order makes every effort to ensure pre-orders are dispatched within the advised time frames, manufacturing and postage delays can occur which may impact the delivery date.


  • Should you wish to return an item, it must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended you send your return via a traceable method and retain proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. The East Order does not take responsibility for returns that are not received.
  • Returns will only be accepted where by the item is in unworn and original condition with all tags attached.
  • In the event a return does not meet the set standards, The East Order reserves the right to reject the return.
  • If you have purchased one of our garments from a stockist, you will need to contact them directly with any issues.
  • Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
  • All items should have a Returns Form placed with the item when sent back to our Returns Team. You will find this enclosed with your online order.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
  • We'll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed.
  • All refunds will be made in AUD. Please be aware any affects on foreign currency are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by The East Order.


  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • All returned items will automatically be refunded.
  • If you would like to change an item for a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order.
  • Our products are made in limited numbers. If you wish to secure another size or colour, we highly recommend doing so prior to receiving your refund to ensure you don’t miss out.


  • In the unlikely instance you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing fault, please email to arrange a prepaid postage label 
  • you will receive a full refund inclusive of any additional postage costs to return the item.
  • In this event, you are entitled to receive a replacement style with complimentary shipping, provided stock is available.
  • We require the piece to be returned in order to issue a replacement or refund.
  • These terms do not cover general wear and tear.
  • Please email if you believe your garment is faulty.


  • Once an order has been placed, we cannot change or cancel this order.
  • Orders will need to be returned for a full refund.
